Vic Cianci is a co-founding member of 3C Ventures with more than 14 years of experience spanning real estate, construction, and technology-driven organizations. With a career rooted in development and operational leadership, he brings a disciplined, forward-thinking approach to every project and investment opportunity.
Born and raised in the Cleveland area, residing in Aurora, Ohio, Vic comes from a family of entrepreneurs whose influence shaped his passion for business, innovation, and creating long-term value. His experience across both construction and software-based companies has provided a unique perspective that blends execution, efficiency, and strategic growth.

Mike Cianci is a co-founding member of 3C Ventures and a licensed electrical contractor with more than 15 years of experience in the construction and construction management industry. His hands-on expertise and technical background provide a strong foundation for overseeing complex projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and execution.
A Cleveland native now residing in Brimfield, Ohio, Mike has built his career around delivering dependable results while maintaining strong relationships throughout the construction process. His contracting background and deep industry knowledge play a key role in the successful development and management of projects at 3C Ventures.
